These delivery times are based on working days, Monday to Friday. We endeavour to get your items delivered on time, using these tracked courier services.

Returns

If you are not happy with your order, we give a full money back, no quibble, guarantee on all our products. In the case of antler dog chews and chewroots, this guarantee mainly applies to unchewed products, but if you have an issue with a chewed antler or chewroot, please return it and we will consider the complaint. Please give your dog a chance to get chewing on the natural chew as it may take a couple of days before he gets the hang of it, and once started, will keep returning to it time after time.

At the end of the day we are fair people and want our customers to be happy, so if it’s a genuine problem, we will resolve it. If you do need to return any products to us, please quote your original order number, found on your confirmation email and the receipt, stating the reason for return. We want to make sure we are doing everything possible to send out a great quality product! We will replace the product free of charge or refund you the total cost including your return postage, please specify.
